【Product Description】■Product Details.
This model expresses the natural fading of LENO's standard "BRENDA" as if it had been worn for many years. This box-shaped jacket is made with plenty of LENO's original denim, and is designed with a focus on the way the shoulders fall and the silhouette looks from the side. The large back part is also expressed using a method seen in vintage items called T-back. "BRENDA" is based on the model commonly known as the "1st type", and the cinch back buckle at the waist is a type that penetrates the needle to reproduce the classic specifications. The fabric is made of faded denim that LENO has produced with particular attention to all processes from selecting the thread to weaving the fabric. By weaving the warp threads using an old-fashioned shuttle loom without applying unnecessary force, the surface of the fabric has an uneven texture, and by adjusting the tension of the weft threads, it is adjusted so that it has a soft texture even though it is thick. As a result, the fabric retains the roughness of the old days, but is also a fabric that women can wear without feeling stressed. By wearing it several times, the fabric will stretch where it is subjected to pressure. By washing and shrinking, wearing and stretching repeatedly, the silhouette will change to fit the wearer's body. LENO JEANS is not only made of denim fabric, but also has a particular attention to the thread and accessories used for sewing. 100% cotton thread is used so that the stitching will fade along with the denim fabric. Not only will the color fade with washing, but the thread itself will shrink, giving it a more distinctive look. Tack buttons are usually made of brass, but LENO uses custom-made buttons made of iron with some copper plating based on the vintage manufacturing process. These fabrics, threads, and accessories are sewn together by skilled craftsmen using an old-fashioned Union Special sewing machine.
