KLD conducts in-store purchase appraisals at its Itoshima headquarters.
Reservations are given priority for purchase appraisals, but we also accept requests without reservations.
There is a limited number of slots available per day, so please make a reservation in advance.

Reservations are accepted every day from 11:00 to 17:00 (including weekends and holidays).
If you would like a session after 5pm, we will make individual arrangements, so please enter your preferred time on the advance reservation form.

・On the day, we will verify your identity using your driver's license and My Number card.
・We may ask you to adjust your time depending on the number of items you bring and the reservation status.
The assessment fee will be paid at a later date via bank transfer.
・We can also provide an appraisal without making a reservation, but please note that the appraisal results may be announced at a later date. If you confirm the appraisal results at a later date and decide to cancel the purchase, we will ship the item to your home free of charge.
